Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable PFD I've ever used... I'm an ACA-certified Level 3 Coastal Kayaking Instructor. I bought this PFD two years ago to replace one that was falling apart and was never very comfortable. I have never had such a comfortable PFD. The Sea Wolf rides low on the torso, in a wide, supportive band, leaving an amazing range of motion for your arms and shoulders. The clamshell front pouch opens easily even after two years of dunking in water of all sorts (salty, chlorinated, fresh), and has an internal zippered pocket as well as organizational sleeves. The two pockets on the sides of the PFD are moderately useful, but proved difficult for me to access in a pinch. There's also a hidden hydration bladder hook, not generally advertised, allowing one to carry 1.5 liters of water tucked out of the way and easy to reach. I highly recommend this PFD not only for advanced paddlers, but also - and especially - for recreational paddlers. This is the PFD that will prove to you that not all PFDs are extremely uncomfortable. Your life is worth it.
