Read More I bought this as I'm not a purse person. I wanted a sling bag, but I tend to get bad headaches and neck aches with messenger bags and was really worried this would be the case for me with this bag. It has turned out to be very good indeed. It fits what I need when going out generally. The way it's shaped it fits my water bottle very nicely in the middle compartment in a "non-water bottle" area. It has 2 open pockets on the inside and zipper pocket behind them. It has a slot to put a tablet or laptop (a 15 inch I don't think would fit, but not 100% sure). On the front panel it has an open pocket, and a zipper pocket with a lanyard to put your keys on if you so choose. The shoulder strap is nice that when you adjust it you just need to lift part of the buckle and slide to where you need it and then just push/clip that part of the buckle back down and it's in place. It does tend to not to be slick - I have to use both hands (which is not a problem), and sometimes just adjust twice to make sure it stays, but this is an excellent bag. I put a reflective slap band on the little loop on the front panel of the flap of the bag. I purchased a sunglass case and clip it to the strap and it's great. Some sizes of notebooks (meaning paper notebooks) or folders do NOT fit in the bag sideways, and so if you stand them up you can't close the flap. This is a bit bothersome for me, but very minor overall. I can adjust :) I'm glad I invested in this bag and decided to keep it. No headaches or neck aches! -

Read More Just got back from a vacation in the Northwest and Northeast. Great bag! Versatile, great to keep your glasses, valuables, passport, change, maps, tablet in place and secure. Would highly recommend this bag to any traveler and any one who wants to keep their things secure on everyday outings in the neighborhood or urban ventures.
Read More I have always been a fan of Timbuk2 bags, but had never considered one as an "everyday" bag. I have not been disappointed with this bag at all. I even carry it to the office now and have left my "designer" bags in their dust covers at home. There are lots of pockets for stowing keys, a flashlight, pocket knife, and other essentials. It will fit a tablet if necessary. It is roomy enough that you can stuff it, which will make the bag heavy. Also, if the bag gets dirty, you can throw it in the wash and it comes out perfectly. I really don't have anything negative to write about with this bag...
