Only thing I dont like is the mini usb connection. It can only be inserted one way and majority of the time I always put it the wrong way and wonder if one day I'll break the connection. -

Read More This is not my first Mophie product. I don't always know how far I am from my next charge, so I like having some extra power at hand. I like the fact that it adds little bulk to the overall size of the phone and seems to do a good job or replenishing the phone's battery. About the only negative is that you can't sync it directly to a computer while it's in the case, however, with sync over Wifi, that isn't that big of an issue.

Read More I returned this product for two reasons. 1. It doesn't use the iPhone5 connector for power, meaning I have to carry an extra cable. 2. Once the iPhone 5 was in the case, it was virtually impossible for me to separate the two halves to get the iPhone out. I had to pry the two halves apart with a butter knife. If not for 1, I might have tried another just to see if I got an aberration but the combination of the two was a deal breaker.
