Read More I just got these and love them so far. Comfortable right out of the box. They are shaped like my foot and have a well contoured heel. Cushy and supportive enough for all day trail wear with a pack. Flat laces stay tied. I'm impressed. I hope they hold up well.

Read More I really wish that hiking boots for women weren't so UGLY. But, the ugliness aside, I bought these this morning and wore them all day (2 long hikes and lots of walking and driving). Waterproof, yes, and good traction, but my feet are killing me now. They were comfortable in the store but now my the soles/bottoms and toe bending area on top hurt. The lacing and ankle cushioning is fine, and the foot size is good, but I'll be returning them. REI has such a bad selection for females!
