Oct 9, 2013Comfortable but no tourniquet"D" ring threads the Velcro strap can rotate under tension and loosen fit to bicep, if it were secure such that it did not rotate then this would improve and maintain adjustment and fit

Read More It's a good quality item. There are only two small issues I have with the item (as it comes in the box). 1. The arm band was not long enough to go around my arm (had to purchase an extender from manufacturer ~$5.00 w/ shipping...WORTH IT). 2. I wish the arm band was thicker by about another inch or so, not that it twists or binds, but feels different than rest of item. Neither were a deterrence from purchasing, obviously. The product works and keeps me exercising!
