Read More I'm a fast walker who tends to walk for most of my commuting. these boots are supportive enough to walk around all day. they're also soft enough to be comfortable while lounging (no break in time either). when I travel, I tend to walk up to 9 miles a day, get up the next day and do it again. in these boots? no problem. (I did swap out the insoles for better ones though.) AND.... they're so sturdy. I wore my first pair nearly every day fall/winter/spring for three years, and the sole barely looks worn down. the leather is in good shape too. I seriously bought two more pairs because I love these so much. the water resistance is pretty great for at least a year or so. any shoe is going to lose waterproofing after a wile no matter what, just take them in to the repair shop to get them redone. no big deal. another bonus: I have wide calves and wide feet, and these fit me just fine, even with jeans tucked in. if you have average width feet, you'll have plenty of room to wear thick socks. I am THRILLED to finally have a cute / comfortable boot fits me. -

Read More I wear these boots often in cold weather as I live on a ranch, mainly for light duty chores where I need foot protection, warmth, good support and comfort. I love them - best boots I've ever owned for this purpose, and the most comfortable probably ever. The major downside is that the zipper has failed on one boot, rendering them useless. I'm sending them back for replacement even though I bought them 14 months ago. Hope I'm happy to update this review soon with the good news that Teva has made good on them!

Read More I wore them for the first time on a weekend trip, shopping, horse shows and out to dinners. They are cute with jeans or leggings and they were comfortable, Just what I wanted. I find it hard to wear boots, my calves are just big enough to make regular boots to tight but wide calf boots are to big and can look sloppy. This boot has a unique fold with elastic at the top, gives just enough to to fit even in jeans and not have a gap or look sloppy.

Read More The only con would be the bulkiness of the upper inside portion of the boot. There is a folded over area on the upper inner calf and a vent that makes boots rub together when walking. I may get a heavy-duty needle and tack the flap down to help the problem. I don't have particularly big calves, they're actually fairly slim. The boots are also quite heavy and don't need the extra weight that the extra leather gives. Recommended with these exceptions.

Read More I love these boots! They're so comfortable and they pair well with my jeans or tights. I often get complicated on how cute they are. I've noticed they get scuffed up quickly, but it sort of builds character in the boots and it's not too noticeable. I'm looking to buy the black pair soon! I recommend ordering a half size smaller than your normal shoe size
