Nov 9, 2013Good for my purposes
Read More I bought this for longer runs (6-9 miles). I was worried that it would not be enough water for those distances, but it's sufficient in cooler weather. When the bottle's full, it bounces a bit, so I really wouldn't want to carry more water this way. One smart feature is the Velcro on the ends of the waist straps so you can wind in the excess. The bungee cord that holds the bottle in place seems unnecessary. It will stay in on its own, in my experience.
