Read More I bought this when I started pushing beyond 10 miles. I've used it on one 16 mile run. In the first mile I had to stop and adjust it tighter, and then I ran for the next 15 miles without problem. It did seem to spin a little on my hips, but at worst it looked asymmetric and caused me no problems. I like that the pouch has a zipper pocket for my keys, and I put a credit card in there just in case. And while I haven't used it yet, the velcro flap seems perfect for an energy gel. So I can grab something out of the velcro flap while running and not worry I've lost my keys in the process. My only criticism might be the size. I'm 6'1" 170 lbs, and I have it cinched pretty small. It sits on my waist, above my hips. Anything else and it would shift and bounce. I'm very happy with it and gave it five stars, but it might not be the best for a small, very slim person. -

Read More This is the 4th hydration device I tried and I should have just made this one my first and only purchase. This item has minimal stretch so once adjusted, it stays close to your body without bouncing around. Other belts with a lot of elastic cause the belt to stretch and bounce with the weight of the water bottles. Nathan's Hydration belt performed excellent in a recent half marathon. The water bottle holders stay open to make it easy to find when putting the bottle back in. The holder is made out of some grip type silicon so the bottles don't slip out, but also requires a little push to make sure it is seated in tightly when running. The pouch has a larger opening which I carried my iPhone 6, it is a tight fit and I left the one corner unzipped to allow for my headphone chord. But it works fine. The smaller opening is perfect for a key, gels, chews, etc. Overall, I'm happy I finally found a hydration belt I can run with. It's comfortable, no bounce and keeps you hydrated. -

Read More This product has a great fit and I've been very happy in the two years I've owned it. I have run countless half marathons and one marathon while wearing it, both road a trail. It easily fits my phone, keys, ID, bars, and gu. My only caution is for very small waisted people- I wear this on the tightest setting to fit comfortably, so anyone exceptionally small would probably have a hard time with it. Also, sometimes in the summer months I get chafing on my lower back, but BodyGlide takes care of that. -

Read More I'm training for my first marathon and once I got past the 13 mile mark I thought I should get some sort of hydration to carry with me. I'm small and this belt on it's tightest setting is too big for my waist (26") but it works if I wear it on my hips just above my hip-flexors. It doesn't bounce or move as I run. The size of the bottles is a little small but any larger and it might interfere with arm swing. The pocket is large enough for multiple gels and keys, but I don't know if it's big enough to carry most smart phones. -

Read More I bought this product along with the Nathan Hydration pack. Although the hydration pack is not the best, this product it a perfect companion. I love the design, and the convenience. I run long distances on trails and wanted to have fuel best to accompany my hydration pack.
Read More I was skeptical about this due to having a Nathan bottle that leaks but neither of these spilled a drop. The belt is comfortable and doesn't bounce when I run at all. This is the first belt I've worn and after maybe 2 miles I really did forget I had it on. I don't run with a phone so the pouch has ample storage room for ID, money, gel etc. Couldn't be happier.
