Read More I'm so glad to discover Sof Sole Fit's high Arch insoles, which are the best support I've encountered for my feet. After two hours at the gym yesterday, I walked home in such comfort that I almost felt my feet were making me happy. I've had decent experiences with Superfeet, Sole, and cheaper drug-store alternatives, but these are far and away the best insole I've found. I'm 50 and have high arches; these insoles may not be for every foot. I've installed them in my running shoes. I haven't tried them in dress shoes, but they've already given me so much satisfaction in running, walking, and weight-lifting, I don't care if they work in dress shoes. -

As an Occupational Therapist, I frequently recommend them to my clients who need varying degrees of foot support . The arch choices make this product ideal to meet individual needs. Jun 8, 2014Works on oversizesThe High Arch Insoles work well in my hiking booths for firmness and fit. However, in the everyday shoes there make a tight fit, and I do not want to cut in them anymore.

Read More I have been using the FIT High Arch insole for over a year - it has changed my life. I had been wearing custom orthotics for 13 years (planter fasciitis - too much running for a big man) when I tried FIT in a running shoe. It is amazing. Much lighter and much more comfortable than custom orthotics, yet more supportive. Where custom orthotics have 0% give, these flex every so slightly (maybe 3%) - which is great...a big improvement for my feet - I didn't expect that. My feet used to be sore at the end of every day because custom are so hard/unforgiving, but now with the FIT, I can go all day and beyond with FIT. Also, I have tried literally every orthotic on the market...all of them. Most are not sturdy enough or lack the high arch that I need. FIT, in a sneaker, is the best. I am back up to a lot of miles again after over a decade - and with no pain.
