It held a light weight fleece, warm running tights and a lightweight longsleeve layer in addtion to plenty of snacks. I thought the fit was great. only issue on half dome: the water nozzle kept detaching from the magnet holder on the chest strap and getting caught on the cable poles. It was pretty unnerving, so if you take it on that hike, make sure to secure the nozzle in the bag ahead of time. -

Read More I really thought I'd found a perfect pack for my petite frame, at last! It fits well, and holds a lot! I even recommended it to clients during a trail running program. The leaks began small and I thought I'd closed the top incorrectly. However, it actually seems to close, then pop up enough that water begins to leak. I just finished a 6-hr run from a remote trail head, short of over a liter of water and with a soaking wet pack in snow and ice. -

Read More I love this hydration pack. It was an upgrade from a smaller one I have. Many more thoughtfully placed and designed pockets and capacity for food yet not too big. I loved the mouth piece and that it was magnetized so it didn't hang in the way. It fit perfectly and felt like the weight was always even in distribution. So many ways to make it suit your load needs. I loved the design of the hydration pouch, making it easy to fill and stay put inside the pack. The only thing that ended up rubbing me in a weird way were the shoulder straps on my clavicle bones which stick out to begin with, nothing major and only felt the soreness if I rubbed my clavicle bones myself.
Read More I just love this backpack. I have only had it for a year now and I have taken it on all my adventures. From day hiking to long road bike adventures to snowshoeing. Very durable and great size and weight.
