Read More This swimsuit is my first attempt at a more athletic (tight) suit to cut down on drag. It's tighter than I had anticipated, but freedom of movement doesn't seem to be an issue - it's definitely easier to swim in than my previous "trunk" style suit. Seems pretty durable so far and the leg length extends clear down to the knees. From a style standpoint, it's black. No decoration or trim to speak of - if you want color/striping try one of the other suits. The only major drawback is that there is no inner security pocket for a locker key. Otherwise a good suit. -

Read More I use this swimsuit for personal training at the pool. The compression and drag reduction is great. I also like the 2nd layer in the front for extra hold, which not all trunks have. At first I was worried that they were a bit too snug, but once in the water they're perfect. The fabric is strong and I swim in them about 3 times a week- so they're getting some use. My only real complaint is the fit - I have large thighs from bicycling and the legs are a bit tight on my thighs. Other than that they're great so far. -

Mar 19, 2013Tyr is the BestI use only Tyr swimsuits. They fit well, and never fade in chorline pools. I teach water fitness classes, and am in the pool 2 or 3 days a week. They are the best.
