Omron HJ-321 Tri-Axis Pedometer
Fitness Expert Advice: Fitness monitors
The experts at REI breakdown what fitness monitors do and how they work.
- Features sensor technology designed to count each and every step more accurately than pedometers that use a pendulum design; also tracks distance traveled
- Position the pedometer where it is most comfortable for you—on your hip, in your pocket or in a bag
- Pedometer not only tracks steps and distance, but also calories burned and aerobic "brisk" steps
- Automatic reset wipes the slate clean at midnight, allowing you to easily track your daily steps and distance
- Omron HJ-321 Tri-Axis pedometer stores up to 7 days worth of data so you can track your progress and stay motivated

Read More I have had my Omron for four months and wear it every day. I solved the clip issue by adding a tiny lanyard and pinning it to clothing so it doesn't fall off. Accidently placed garment in the wash with the Omron still clipped on and it came out still working. Hurray! I love my Omron HJ-321. -

Read More purchased this item to monitor no. daily steps and number of aerobic steps and the time using aerobic activity. DIFFICULT to place on waist, doesn't register aerobic activity like old Omicron.....need larger numbers and ease of attachment. It's basically useless to me! Not a happy camper! Would like to exchange this for something I can use..... -

Read More I'm glad I didn't read the other two reviews before buying this pedometer, or I probably wouldn't have purchased it. And it's been great. It was VERY easy to program. It is the lightest weight, most compact pedometer I've had. It's accurate. It has a 7-day memory that's easy to figure out. And the belt clip has worked fine for me. Couldn't be happier.
