Read More I bought this to replace a HJ-303 that I lost and am disappointed in the inaccuracy of the step counts. I wear a pedometer to monitor step counts during the day in conjuction with a Fitbit for autologging. When wearing this clipped, it overcounted by up to 1800 steps (out of 14,000) and undercounted up to 1400 steps (out of 4600). Loose in my pocket, the same way I used the HJ-303, it undercounts more that the '303' did, 900 out of 2700. I'll be replacing it this week. -

Read More Instructions with unit for inputting variables are poorly written: no examples to follow and leaves out key steps. Read almost as if somebody cut and patsed more complete instructions to meet a smaller space goal. Contacted their "customer service" email and, since I purchased unit through a distributor of theirs and not directly from them, they would not help. Said to contact "customer service" of their distributor for help!!! Accuracy is also very poor. Perhaps I just need to spend a lot more to get a decent and simple unit. Don't waste your money on this unit. -

Read More Have abused this pedometer and it keeps coming back. Lost in a snowbank last year, found it months later in the Spring still working. This week I washed it and dried it (unintentionally) and it is still working. Slim design is great for "stealth" step recording. Tri axis sensor and slim design allows you to put it in your pocket where people are none the wiser that you are a compulsive step counter. Also ... more difficult to lose cause it can't get knocked off your belt.
Read More I use this device clipped to my pants or belt and all I'm concerned about is the step count. I like fact that the display shuts off to save battery life and that it automatically resets to zero after midnight. My original battery lasted for 1 year and 1 month. The location of the buttons is on the face which eliminates accidentally resetting the device when I grab it to put it on or take it off. This was a problem with my last pedometer. A well thought out and reliable instrument which I would recommend to anyone wanting a simple and reliable pedometer. The only thing I don't like is it has a place to attach a safety cord but did not come with one. Fortunately I had one from my last device which I could easily attach to this one. Had I not used a safety cord I would have lost the device four or five times over the last year.
