Read More for the past few years I used maybe 5 different dryers/warmers for ski boots/gloves. this one is not the worst but far from best one(forgot the name I actually liked, something from Austria). This one is simply underpowered for boots. For gloves maybe okay. Timer is convenient feature to have though.
Read More The new and improved Hotronics is nothing like the previous version, which was whisper quiet, used a uv light to cleanse the air and kill bacteria while it dried the boots out. Previos verson was hinged which made for easy storage, particullarly when traveling. New version has been "decontented", uv is gone, new one pulls apart to store and takes up twice the space. Very disappointed. The dryer does blow hot air into the boots, the long blow tube does get to the end of the boot so I guess it works ok.
