Read More My husband and I were led to believe that we would be able to live in our off grid house of 160 sq ft using the Yeti 1250 and 6 Boulder 30's. This is not true. We had problems from the beginning. 1. All our solar panels were defective, 6 30's would bring in 20-30 watts at full sun , great angles. Replace, thank you. 2. Second set did nothing t work to the best capacity. 3. Yeti at best could run one lamp at night and charge a laptop and two cell phones. tops! In the summer. In the winter, like now, all we get is about an hour of a 6watt led light strand. Nothing else. It dies. 4. Our wall charging cable stopped working. 5. Our battery says full, 100%, in the daytime and at night drops to above said conditions. 6. We paid how much for this? 7. I would love to have a working system, but would never buy and have deterred friends from this company. We have felt so ripped off.

Read More I purchased the Yeti 1250 2 weeks ago and have already had to use it during a power outage. On Tuesday we lost power for 12 hours. I was able to power a "LG Appliances DIAMOND COLLECTION™ 30' French Door Refrigerator" and some small life lights while we were awake. When the power came on at 2am the Yeti was only down to 40% I don'd doubt it would have made it through the morning with no issues. Love this thing! -
Sep 19, 2015Out of this World!I bought this product for my camper, and it far exceeds my expectations. Runs everything and more. Stay up all night, and it charges back in the day. 5 stars!

Read More I bought my Yeti 1250 for a number of reasons. Where I live my power tends to go out often. With a home made cord I have, I can use my yeti to power my house, also when camping, it's great to charge laptops, phones, and other electronics. Even for lamps and fans. I highly recommend this product.

Read More When I read about this product it said I could run my refrigerator off it. So I purchased it since we were having a lot of power outages. I used it and it lasted 30 minutes. Then the battery wouldn't charge us all the way after that. Now it says small refrigerator. Would have been helpful before I purchased it.

Read More We live aboard a sailboat. When out, I needed a way to run our 110 V refrigerator when away from shore power. The Yeti 1250 plus solar panels has been the answer. Because of the curved surfaces, I purchased two relatively inexpensive Renogy 100 W flexible solar panels and wired them to the AP input of the Yeti 1250. The system works great, keeps the refrigerator going on extended trips away from the marina. In this application, the Yeti 1250 is functioning as an extra "house-bank" battery/controller. The Yeti 1250 works as advertised. It is a great product!
Read More I purchased the 1250 Yeti a couple of months ago. It's purpose is to keep power sustained to an electric medical bed for a hospice patient living at home. It has worked with outstanding performance and has given us a sense of security no matter what power outages may occur. Thank you Goal Zero.
