Read More I was looking for a shoe that would fit into the bow of my playboat, yet have enough of a sole that I could walk to the put in from my car. This shoe fits the bill. I agree with the previous poster that the shoe is hard to get on and off, due to the unique lacing system. I'd like to think that will resolve itself after a few uses; otherwise I will simply cut the laces and extract them from the shoes, since they really are not needed. In all honesty, the first pair I received from REI had some manufacturing defects; but REI has arranged a replacement pair to be shipped to me. REI is the bomb! -
