The biodegradable Penguin Sport-Wash is a convenient replacement for regular laundry detergent and helps restore performance to your activewear.
- Nathan Sport-Wash is safe to use with all synthetic performance fabrics and garments as well as natural fibers such as down, wool, merino wool and silk
- Restores factory-applied durable water repellent finishes; also helps restore loft and effectiveness to down and synthetic insulation
- Will not interfere with wicking capabilities, breathability, water repellency or insulation
- Readily biodegradable and contains no bleach, fabric softener, brightener or scent; rinses out completely without leaving residue

I spin and cycle and my kits still smelled after routine washing plus extra rinse. usually have to wash twice and use Febreze to get the stink out. -

Read More I like this detergent, and it certainly works better to get rid of sweat stench in workout clothes than regular detergent (any relatively cheap brand you get pretty much anywhere). However, stick to small loads. And heavily soiled clothing will still need two washes. -

However, when you open the cap for the first time on a new bottle, the seal over the top is impossible to remove without a knife, and is SUPER annoying! For the love of us all, this stuff is expensive and how much extra would it cost to put a pull/peel tab on there instead? If you're going to use one or two bottles a year, you'll love it. If not, get ready for a bad experience each time you open a fresh one. -

I wear foul weather coveralls, and let me tell you, at the end of a shift, my clothes reek!! I use this stuff to get the smell out and retain the waterproofing. My slicks are three years old, and still keeping the water out. Works like a charm! -

Read More I have been using this for years. In my family, schedules necessitate that sweaty clothes sit in lockers or gym bags for many hours before washing. I used to throw the clothes out after about a year. With this, they last for years. The worst offenders may need to be washed twice, but the clothes look and smell good after a wash in this.

Read More I've been using Sport-Wash for the last 2 years and it really gets the stink out of workout clothes. However, the bottle has major design flaw. After it's been opened, if the bottle tilts a little it will leak. I've tighten the cap as far as it can go but still leaks. Sport-Wash, please fix this. Thanks.
