Read More These socks come up on the leg so much higher than socks designed for cycling - which I personally like. Granted they state for "snowboarding" - but wool is wool. I would recommend these for any outside activity in cool to cold weather.
Read More I am a tournament of roses volunteer and I had to be out all night the night before the rose parade and I knew it was going to be a COLD night. I went into the store to get as much cold weather gear as I could. I was going to get wool socks, but the REI associate suggested I get these socks instead because they are taller and will cover more of my leg as well as being slightly padded that would keep me a little warmer. I am SO glad I got these socks!! They kept my feet pretty warm throughout the night which is saying a lot since the temperature was in the mid 30's that night.
