Read More I bought these socks to wear while trail running in the summer months. I needed something that would allow my feet to breathe yet still offered protection from blisters. Overall, the socks were "Okay". They wore pretty quickly--they started looking threadbare not even by the fifth run (less than 50 miles on them). Perhaps if I had gotten a bigger size then they wouldn't have worn so quickly. In any case, I still recommend sizing up. I wear a size 8 to 7.5 shoe and a medium size women's sock was tight. The good thing about them is that they worked while they lasted. My feet could breathe easily and remained blister free, at least until the socks became threadbare. -
