Sep 11, 2013These battery's seem to last a long time. I usually buy Energizer when the store has a sale on them.Energizer is a great brand and seem to last longer. I use them in my automatic air fresheners, toy's, fire alarms.

Read More I have been using Energizer AA batteries for years in my game cameras (I have 5 total) and my deer feeders. Last week I bought a package of 48 from Sam's Club. I put out two of my cameras and a week later went back to check them and both were caroded inside which ruined the battery compartments in both. They weren't real expensive cameras but when you are on disability they are expensive to me. The batteries were split just a little bit down the side and they leaked. I guess these got through quality control but they doesn't help me replacing my cameras. -

I purchased an 8 pack of them from my local Wal-Mart to use in my Xbox 360 controller, within a matter of 4-6 hours I had to change the batteries out. It was like this for all 8 of them. I think ill stick to buying the generic for the same price and get 3 times more batteries that last longer. -

(EXPL)-- rapid clicking - photo taking will drain the life out of two of these batteries in about one hour. (RAPID = a picture about one every minute)/ 60 pics. SO BAD - that I went over to WALMART and bought a BATTERY CHARGER - with four batteries - that one just rotates - one set after another. IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS - don't hesitate to clue me in ! Read More I've been using Energizer batteies in what seems like, forver. They last as long as you get them updated. WATCH FOR THE DATES AS WITH ANY PRODUCT. They are worth the money paid for them as opposed to other high priced batteries. When you go shopping, TAKE TIME TO SHOP. now the size/s you need ahead of time. When you catch them on sale, IF you can, buy them up, watch for dates though. -

Read More May cost more than those other brands but last wayyyy longer. Twice to three times longer than those off brands you find in 'bargain' stores. So, when I originally checked a 4 star in 'value', I changed it to a 5 star because there is no comparison to how much longer they last. We buy ours in the larger quantities, in both A's, C and D sizes, at the Club stores, just so we never run out!
