- A groove from tip to tail shifts rider's weight to inner thighs and buttocks, avoiding contact with the perineum, relieving pelvic discomfort
- Also, the majority of rider weight is placed on the rear of the saddle, further reducing pressure against the perineal artery
- Patented dual-density technology uses molded rubber inserts on base for shock absorption and an extra layer of Reactive Gel for added comfort
- Hard frame provides excellent support and allows for increased ventilation
- Compared to the men's RX saddle, the women's RX saddle design incorporates a wider back to accommodate wider pelvic bones and a slightly shorter nose

Read More I was looking for a saddle that could take me comfortably about 50 miles without creating sharp, stabbing pain in my female genitalia. This seat was more than I'd hoped for. With a space from front to back, there was no chance it would put constant pressure on my lady parts. I noticed the difference immediately. I felt like Cleopatra being carried through town in the lap of luxury. Like a cheerleader being ever so carefully balanced on one hand by my ambiguously gay partner. The seat is a bit smaller than standard, and a little softer that a performance seat. I'm ok with that though, because there are other parts of my life I need to perform in, and my stock seat was making that very unpleasant. -

Read More I was having some problems with the soft, tractor seat saddle that came with my cruiser and thought this saddle would resolve them. Sadly, it did not. I found it chafed so much in the area where "top of leg meets bottom of torso" that after three rides, the thought of getting back on the bike was no longer appealing. Perhaps it works wonders for others, but it doesn't work for my body. -

Read More I purchased this seat a few weeks ago as the one that came with the bike (a Trek 2100 WSD) was comfortable but not comfortable enough for me (I'm 50-something). After looking at this in the shop, when I compared it to other seats (including those at the Trek store up the street), this was the most comfortable and lightest. Have ridden alot since having it and am always comfortable before / after / during rides. Not a bad cost for comfort. -
Jun 20, 2013Comfortable saddleI thought that the saddle might be too short but it is very comfortable and well made.

Read More Put this saddle on my new hybrid bike. My 65 yr. old butt registered instant comfort. If my butt is happy, my rides are fantastic. Was so pleased, I bought another and put it on my mountain bike.....double pleasure! Cannot attest to the drying factor as it has not gotten wet yet as my butt has been on it in the rain. I chose this saddle because of the split design.....makes total sense to me. -

Read More The padding for your rear on this seat is nice, but I found the nose too short and stout (even after trying a few adjustments). While my butt would have been quite happy on this one, other lady parts would definitely not have been. Ended up with another Serfas saddle (Niva model), which worked much better for me.
