Read More growing up my dad always used a thule rack without any issues. at the REI store i went to, they were out of stock so i gave this one a go. extremely sturdy and rigid, no movement on the back of my jeep liberty. spent a week in northern michigan traveling around to different locations, zero issues. going to have this rack for the next 30+years! i only wish it came with 4 bikes for using it with my kids some day. awesome product, worth the investment, built to last. -

I followed directions but car still got damaged. I went to a body shop that's well regarded and they wouldn't recommend putting on car unless you have light bikes since the weight will likely cause indentation given weaker metal composition on most cars - if you can push on the trunk frame and it gives at all, it'll eventually dent. Too bad, I liked the convenience of the product. -

Read More Found this one sale. First bike rack purchased and it quite a simple setup. The straps have loosened on some of our longer trips, but it's a quick and simple fix along the way. Could have spent some more money on some higher end models, but for the price this fits our needs!
