Read More I LOVE this product and have used mine now for almost 2yrs! It integrates well with the rest of the Nike+ running system. As a nice surprise, I found it also sends the HR information to Polar equipped treadmills. When used with the iPod Nano 6th gen, there are options available for other types of HR workouts. If you start to get strange readings, change the battery. Also I unclip one side at least from the strap when not in use, and it seems to help them last longer.
Read More getting a bit older, (yikes, i just admitted that), so i thought i should start really keeping my heart rate at the optimum rate for all my cardio workouts, running, biking, spin. and this has been working great! all the devices i have to monitor this work great, never had any issues and boy, so very simple to set up, each device just found it and away we go!
