Read More Bought this to change out my stock post on my mountain bike. I put 30 miles a night on my bike and was having issues with numbness and soreness in my back and other regions. I bought this post specifically so I could tilt my terry seat down in front to take the pressure off of sensitive areas and my lower back. Works great!! No more pain or numbness!! I would definitely recommend this post! Very simple to install and you can adjust the seat tilt separately without pulling out the post or messing with the seat itself. Great design...worth the $$!
