Read More I was amazed at how accurate the maps were. No trail on map where I tested it. Picked a road point to end my hike, tracking was amazingly close to the trail map (paper) I had and I was within 10 ft. of the point I chose to end this hike. Reverse direction worked just as well, I could even see minor deviations as I made small changes to my return track and they were notice by the Garmin device.
