This stuff works great

I've been using Accelerade for a few years and after trying many other hydration drinks for training, this stuff works the best for me. I ride 3-5 hours per day, many times at 160+ HR and I've never bonked or had any issues with this product. I dilute it a little more than the recommended serving size (1.5 scoops per 28 oz bottle) and drink one bottle per hour of training and I find the protein helps my recovery the next day (along with the protein-recovery drink I use immediately after riding). I've tried the carb-only drinks and they seem to have that spike-crash issue over long distances. I'm not sure this product is right for short rides, but these guys just came out with a new version of it designed for quick workouts with less carbs and protein, so that might be the problem with the first reviewer.

Not so good

This stuff will leave your stomach hurting, which is not so desirable 20 miles into a ride. I think it has something to do with the protein in the product, but either way I know this stuff has ruined mine as well as few friends rides. In my opinion, there is definitely better stuff out there.
