Jan 11, 2016pretty goodwhile the boots are of good quality, the sole is not very cushioned, and they are made wide. So if your child's feet are wide, this would be a good boot.

Read More Bought 1st pair 3 years ago for my then 3 year old. That pair was used by him for one year, by my next child for one year, now onto my 3rd child! I keep buying for my oldest and handing them down. On 4th pair!!! (oldest now 6). My kids use these daily from October through April and they have worn great for me. Good for rain and warm enough for hours of snow play too. My kids can put these on themselves starting at about 2 years old! Helpful when trying to get out the door with 3. -

We love these boots in the deep snow, and also when spring comes they are unstoppable in the mud. These are a great all purpose boot, very comfortable and very warm! Our whole family owns a pair and will continue to buy as our kids continue to grow! You cannot go wrong with these boots! -

Read More Purchased for my 5th grade son. Live in Michigan. Was fed up with rainboots that slit apart, and seemed hard for my son to run around in during recess (not supportive enough). Also, we get a lot of wet snow and mud here. These boots worked for both winter & rain & mud conditions. I could see that my son could move around much better than in the "typical" style you'd get at a box store. They are well worth the price & seem durable to pass on to my younger child. The "handles" were no problem. They make it easier to carry them & put on. I will buy nothing but Boggs from here on. -

Read More We purchased my first pair of boots last year and it lasted approximately a year. The heels wore out too fast, the heels were showing the blue lining. REI gladly exchanged it. I have been wearing my second pair for about 3 months and now I have a leak in the toe area and the heels shows considerable wear. I will be returning them back. I also ordered 4 pairs of bogs for my 3 and 5 year old. The two pairs for this year and 2 pairs for the next season. I returned all 4 pairs back to REI within the first month of purchase. The boots were the right size and they do not drag their feet when they walk. Both pairs had considerable wear for the handful of times they were used. The heels were worned out and would not last another month. [...]When the boys wore their BOGS boots they had a lot of compliments. Now they are wearing different boots and they were asked what happened to their Bogs, I tell them NOT to buy them because they are poorly constructed and will not last!
