an oldie but a goodie
In 2006 we used a Lonely Planet for Ireland/N. Ireland dated in the 90s. It got us around really well even though it was old. If this is how useful an outdated Lonely Planet is I can't imagine how great a new one must be! We got great hostel recommendations and advice on sites to visit for even the smallest of towns in N. Ireland. I highly recommend Lonely Planet!
