- Low- to medium-volume insoles take up less volume, making them ideal for close-fitting shoes or wide feet
- Full-length closed-cell foam provides cushioning, while 3/4-length polypropylene heel caps stabilize feet inside boots
- Deep heel pockets, rockered bottoms and soft edges allow for natural cushioning and shock absorption
- Superfeet recommends this style for use in footwear with non-removable insoles
- Blue Superfeet are not recommended for use with Gore-Tex® footwear as shape of rigid heel cap can stress GTX linings (try Green Premium insoles if arch allows)
- These Superfeet insoles are sold in US men’s sizing

Read More I'm not impressed with these and I don't think they're worth $10, let alone the price that is charged. Perhaps this is because I purchase quality shoes like Dansko that are designed to provide adequate support. However, I also tried these in an old pair of running shoes, to see if I noticed an improvement, and I can't say I did. Others seem to think they're fine, but I think they're ridiculously overpriced at best. -

No more pain/fatigue in my legs and back after standing on my feet all day. Slight smell issue after months of constant use, but nothing Lysol and detergent couldn't fix. Highly recommend. -

Read More Made the move to a standing desk about 3 weeks ago and my feet were killing me. I normally wear Vans that have no arch support whatsover. A friend recommended Superfeet so I went to the nearest REI for fitting advice. I wear a size 8 shoe but had to size up to the 9.5-11 insole due to my heels being wider than the 7.5-9 insole. Cutting the insoles down to match the OEM Vans insoles was easy. The first couple of hours wearing them, I could tell/feel I was wearing insoles. I could feel that hump pushing against my arches for support. After a while that feeling just disappeared, which I think means that the insoles molded to my feet, or is it the other way around? Anyhow, I'm now able to stand for 8 hours with minimal foot fatigue. Standing definitely used to cause me more pain than walking. Walking on the Superfeet just feels right. Only downside I guess is the price since now I want to buy Superfeet for all of my shoes and it kind of sucks when you buy a $100 pair of shoes then want/have to buy a $50 insole. -

Read More These appear to consist of a plastic heel / arch support glued to a very thin foam pad with a fabric top, that seems flimsy. I inserted them into my Lowa boots, took a few steps, and found that my feet were angled forward a bit, which I did not like. I was disappointed considering the price paid and decided to cut my losses by returning them before they might be deemed used. -

Read More After reading the review and talking with an REI sales rep (in the boot/shoe dept.), I decided to roll the dices on these insoles. After 40+ yrs. on the trail, it never occurred to me that the part of my boot closest to my soles could make much of a difference. Trust me, it does. Pull out the insoles on your current boots and take them to any store (REI recommended) that sells these and compare. You'll probably notice that the $300 you spent on those boots didn't go into the insoles; boot manufacturers pretty much figure serious hikers are going to replace them, and rightly so. My new Lowas came with so-so insoles, but the rest of the boot is excellent. Dropped a pair of Superfeet Blues in, and hit the trail. Break in time was one long hike, and my feet felt fine afterward. Remember to try them in the store; the different colors each offer a different kind of support, and if you are a pronater, you will definitely need to find out what fits and what does not. Give your feet a break! -

Read More Orthotics/insoles can be tough to adjust too. But, I've been ignoring a torn ligament in my ankle for months now, and my arch is terribly flat. The first thing my physical therapist recommended was blue Superfeet. She said, "give them at least a week." Funny thing - I didn't need a week. I was in love within 15 minutes. I'll never have shoes without them again!
Read More these would make my shoes a little more comfortable at work but unfortunately they did not. The hard plastic heel piece was not forgiving. I tried them out for two days but I couldn't do it any more.
