Read More I bought these to go along with my hiking boots and let me tell you, they make a HUGE difference! I bought these at my local REI store. I started out trying on the boots with the regular insoles in, and then the guy recommended I try these with my boots. I'm going on a trip to Yellowstone this summer so I figured that this would help with all the hiking for the 3 weeks I'm gone. I've been breaking in my boots with these in and they are so perfect! One thing that I really liked was that at the store, the guy measured my feet and then custom cut them to go with my feet. I recommend that you buy them in the store so that they can do this for you! I also have a blue pair that I use in my ski boots and they are great too. Such a comfy fit and are perfect when I race. Awesome purchases!! -

Read More I first purchased these inserts after I broke my ankle as part of the out-of-cast instructions. I thought they were very hard and wouldn't work, however, I used them as instructed. I can't say that I noticed anything special at that time as I was getting used to walking normally again. However, when I bought a new pair of shoes and didn't put Superfeet in them, my feet and back were tired and sore at the end of the first day. As soon as I put the Superfeet in them, all issues resolved and my walking was much more comfortable (I normally walk about 3 miles/day). Needless to say, all of my shoes now have Superfeet in them, except sandals, and I am even getting to the point that I don't want to wear sandals for any length of time because I miss the Superfeet support. I wouldn't even consider any other type of insert except Superfeet.
