Read More This is my favorite Mountain House dinner (the Breakfast skillet is my other go-to meal when backpacking). Some comments on how to use it... * Mountain house claim their meals feed two. I find that I can easily eat one by myself if I've been hiking/backpacking all day * I always allow a few minutes extra waiting time over what the instructions say - this allows time for the pasta, beans, rice, whatever to reconstitute 'more'. The pouch keeps the contents hot enough for those extra couple minutes * The Pro-Pak versions are the best! A little bit smaller/lighter than the regular size. -
