Very minimal movement in my chest, even while running. I wore it while engorged and it was not too tight, but it held everything in place. I would highly recommend this bra to women who are or are not nursing. -

Read More I am a large-chested woman and this is a fairly supportive bra, if I do not go running or hiking. My only gripe, and the reason I hardly ever wear it, despite how much I spent on the bra, is that the hem rolls up and is completely uncomfortable. I bought this for a 200 mile hiking trip, and I wore it once the entire time (for which I spent my time having to readjust the bra constantly). If you are a C+ I would not recommend this bra, unless you have amazing sewing skills and want to sew the supportive lower hem/supportive fabric to the front of the bra. I would recommend a Moving Comfort Urban X-Over C/D Sports Bra. That I wear every single day and it is AWESOME. -

My only two concerns are that 1) the bottom elastic band rolls up in half, I'm going to try tacking the elastic to the body so it doesn't roll 2) the button holes where the straps feed through seem overly stressed and I'm afraid they are going to tear. All in all I have about 10 workouts on this bra so far and will definitely buy another one. It has improved my level of comfort during workouts. -
