I have heel problems and require inserts on most of my other shoes, but the soles of the Keen Sandals actually do all the great things the expensive inserts do. Whether in the river or on the street they are great. -

Read More They've quickly become my go-to shoes in the summer. I've worn them hiking, canoeing, trail running (wouldn't recommend except in a pinch), and just bumming around town. No major signs of wear yet after about 3 months consistent use. My only issue is that they take much longer to dry than I'd hoped - if you wear them in water you probably won't want to wear them the rest of the day or even the day after. -

Jan 9, 2016Keen water sandalsRugged and comfortable, these sandals protect your feet where ever you wander.
Read More I bought a pair of these sandals to use on a hike (The Narrows) in Zion National Park. The hike is approximately 65% in the Virgin River. These sandals provided good traction and toe protection both in and out of the water. The only issues I had was occasionally, pebbles would find their way in and were difficult to get out.
