Obviously Campsuds are not going to be as effective as regular shampoo but I would be careful in using it with long hair. -

Read More As with other camping soaps I've bought it's very concentrated. Works fine but the cap leaked when I put it in my checked backpack. You might want to ziploc it if you're doing the same. For me I will stick to the solid screw on cap next time.
