I ordered a second shirt in a different size for a gift since we own two and the fabric and fit is just amazing, very soft and warm. Sadly, when it arrived it was clearly used, it has lint all over as it was in the dryer. I ran to order a new shirt but they were out of stock in the size I need it. Totally heart broken. used/damaged clothes shouldn't go to someone else unless it is stated somewhere. total waste of time.
