Sizing notes

Select the letter that matches your shoe size range. Letters on all Superfeet products represent heel cup width. For Superfeet insoles to work properly, your heels must be "in" the heel cup entirely, not "on" the heel cup on either side of foot. Stand on a pair of Superfeet in the letter that corresponds closest to your shoe size making sure your heel fits nice and snug "in" the heel cup. If that heel cup is too small, select the next letter size up. After you find your perfect heel-cup fit, simply trim the excess foam (using the sock liner from any of your shoes as a guide) and insert the new trimmed insoles into your shoes (removing the sock liners first).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love. Them. Just a fantastic product. These plus a new pair of Smartwool socks made an older pair of Keens (that I really didn't want to retire) feel like a new pair of boots. My feet and back still felt great after the few daypack hikes done with them so far. And the lovely gentleman in the store gave me tips on breaking them in, but they didn't need it. Felt perfect from day one. One word to wide-width wearers: I did have to go up a size. I wear a 7.5 wide and had to bring back the Cs for Ds. Don't trim them until you make sure the heel cup fits well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even steel toed boots can be comfortable! I have previously owned Superfeet insoles (green) and used them in my hiking boots with great results. I desperately needed to replace the original insoles in my steel toed work boots and decided to give these a try. I am on my feet all day, and while I have only used them for a couple of weeks so far, the Trailblazer insoles are very comfortable and I no longer go home with sore feet. The next test will be to see how long they hold up!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes hiking comfortable I have bought Superfeet Insoles at another retailer, but was happy to find them less expensive at REI. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and these insoles really help ease foot pain & discomfort. With these insoles, I can easily hike 10 miles a day.

How do these insoles compare with the berry color mid to high insoles and the green color high insoles? I have been using the berry color one but can use a little more support. Do you recommend me to try these or the green ones?

Asked by: petitepetite
These have a similar amount of support to the berry insoles. If you are looking for more support, we recommend purchasing the green insoles instead.
