Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable, Supportive Boots Fit: I typically wear an 11.5 or 12, my foot is wide, and I prefer big toe boxes. I'm almost always a 46 in EU sizes. These fit a little on the large side, and if they had been available in the store I would have tried on the 45. But i needed they weren't and I needed them asap, so I kept the 46 and I'm happy with the fit. I do have narrow heels, and these did slip a bit there. With some superfeet to take up the volume, I'm sure the fit will be spot on. My previous boots were Rossi 46, and were too snug. These fit a wee bit bigger, and are much comfier. Form: These look super cool! Until you unzip the front and then you see cheap ugly laces and a super cheap padded tongue. Good thing they stay zipped up. Function: These are just flexible enough in the forefoot for all day nordic skiing comfort, and the stiffness in the ankle brace does make a difference. My old classic boots had no support, and these are much nicer for quick corners, the elegant pizza maneuver, and stopping. Classic boots may be a tiny bit more comfortable, and you don't have to do an extra strap, but I would still get these again. Cons: The seam down the middle rubbed my toe where the boot flexed. It runs all the way to the end of the boot. I wish the toe was a separate cap-like piece.
