Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bottle with functional design So far, I've found this bottle to be just about perfect in every way. Convenient handle for carrying if I only have a finger or two available. Locking mechanism on the push button to avoid its being accidentally bumped open. Flip-open cover to protect the drinking hole from dust and such. Plus, it's in a great size that's not too big nor too small. My only complaint -- and it's a minor one -- is that the lid could be a smidge easier to clean. It can be hard fitting a sponge or cleaning tool underneath part of the lid mechanism, but since I use this almost exclusively for water, it's not a big deal for me. Overall, love this bottle and recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient when within reach For hiking, I tend to like simple, no nonsense water bottles and my backpack bladder. This bottle with the push button sippy feature is cool, the little handle makes it easy to carry about but the mechanism for all that on the lid adds weight. That makes it perfect for the car or for a day pack in town. While driving , I can take a drink using only one hand. For out on the trail, I'll stick with larger volume, less sophisticated bottles. The 750ml size of this bottle gives it good dimensions and a nice feel, (the little indentation at the top is perfect) and it fits nicely in my Subaru's water holder place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my everyday needs. Works as expected. Carries well. Hasn't leaked. I use it daily. This is my first purchase from this brand. Will consider more products from this brand. I haven't used the small handle for carrying with anything other than a finger or two. But appears to also be great for attaching to gear, like a pack, if needed. I like the safety lock for securing the dispensing button, to prevent accidental dispensing when stowed. I like the low-ish profile design of the lid. I think the lid is low profile for the features it provides. Very satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Water Bottle - Exceeds Expecations I bought this water bottle as an impulse buy for my son and I. Goal was to use them for hiking, since they have the nice loop to hook to a carabiner, as well as the "safety" to make sure they don't spill. I have a TON of water bottles, which my wife is not a fan of. This Avex water bottle has taken over as my favorite in the house. I still occasionally use my 30oz Yeti Tumbler when I want it cold for a long time, but usually this is the one I carry around with in the house, or on the road. Highly recommend. It is a good size, sturdy and I haven't had any leak issues. Only problem I've seen so far is that you need to pay attention when you put the lid on or it has a tendency to cross-thread, but that isn't a big deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Convenience and Protection I bought a couple last month for my teenage sons. The bottle and mouthpiece (cap) design is excellent with no pieces to twist or unscrew when you need a drink. Simply flip up cover to mouthpiece and and press in button. I was worried about the water flow and whether it would be substantial enough for my teens boys, and it is! Great water flow with this water emitter. Excellent design, functionality, and efficacy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size and perfectly safe. This bottle never spilled water once. I've dropped it many times and it has withstood every impact without breaking or spilling. It's easy to clean and I love the lock feature that prevents from accidentally pressing the button that allows water to flow. The best part is it's also easy to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Addition to my Kit I really like this bottle. I usually stick to the traditional Nalgene, but thought I'd try the AVEX because I liked the lid. It doesn't leak, has a good flow rate and is comfortable to drink out of. It has some very nice details such as the cover for the spout and lid seems to be easy to clean. I bought it for backpacking/camping, but find myself using it every day for work. The only downside is that the lid does add a noticeable amount of weight, but I'm not really gram counter myself.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Makes my water taste bad I bought this water bottle because the cup holder on the car I am now driving is not big enough for a standard Nalgene or Camleback water bottle. I washed it once before the fist use, let it dry then filed it up and gave it a try. The water tasted like plastic. So I washed it again and this time let it soak in vinegar. Now it has more of a moldy taste after the fist few sips each time. I will be returning this water bottle.
