Virtual: Quiet Adventures Symposium: All Boats Float

We all love paddling. How can we share our passion with under-represented communities, specifically black, indigenous, and other people of color? Hear from a panel of young paddlers of color about their experiences entering the sport and why they stuck around. They will share concrete steps that you or your club can take to become a safe and welcoming paddling community. Sponsored by the American Canoe Association (ACA) and Chicago Adventure Therapy. This will be a live video presentation at 7 pm CST on Feb 18 or if you have a conflict, registered attendees will receive links to view the presentation once the event is over. The $10 registration fee gets you access to our presentation plus over five evenings in February, each offering two parallel sessions with new speakers every 30 minutes.
