Cross training is an excellent way to develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Join Eat the Frog Fitness and REI for a free strength and mobility session led by Eat the Frog's professional fitness instructor, tailored to help enhance your pursuit of outdoor activities. Trail running, mountain biking, backpacking, paddling or climbing, the benefits of strength and mobility training will improve your overall experience. Eat the Frog Fitness has designed this free session to target key body areas that are commonly tight or easily injured. This is an all level class with the intent to make you feel at ease as Eat the Frog introduces you to strength and flexibility training. Participants should bring water and a floor mat or large towel for the session. Participants under 18 years of age must have an accompanying adult present.
