Arizona Full Moon Hike
Sunday, March 28, 2021
7:00pm-9:00pm
Discover the magic of a moonlight hike, when even the most familiar trails reveal sights and sounds they only share with the quiet night. Wind along a rocky trail just outside the city by headlamp, and take in the sights and sounds of this desert landscape at night. This hike is perfect for anyone - no prior experience needed - as you'll need to feel comfortable walking on uneven terrain for about 2 miles. You bring the hiking boots, we'll bring the headlamps.
NO RESTROOMS AT TRAILHEAD. CLOSED TOED SHOES REQUIRED. From the US 60 in Apache Junction, take exit 196 for Idaho Rd/SR88, turn left. In 2.3mi, turn right onto N Apache Trail.
