Fall is here! Time to hit the trail, breathe in some fresh air, and hike under the glow of autumn's yellow, red, orange, and gold at Indiana Dunes National Park. One of our favorite places to explore the wetlands and rugged dunes overlooking Lake Michigan. Following a beginner friendly trail, we'll hike about 5 miles at a relaxed pace, learning about the incredible biodiversity of the surrounding ecosystem. Along the way, we'll also share tips for staying comfortable while hiking, and offer insight on planning your own hikes any time of the year. So grab your day pack, lace up those boots and we'll see you at the trailhead!
