Snow sports ask a lot of our bodies, and yoga can be an important part of the winter athlete's tool kit for reducing injuries and feeling great out there on the mountain! Join an REI instructor in this class that offers a specific practice geared towards strength, length, and flexibility in the muscles of the legs, including some core and upper body attention. Conscious breathing increases focus and concentration. Bring water, your yoga mat, and wear clothes that allow for a full range of movement.
