Yoga & Mobility
Integrate the ancient art of yoga with modern mobility techniques to decrease your risk of injury and increase your enjoyment of outdoor pursuits! This interactive 60-minute class will begin with a 45-minute, open-level vinyasa flow to warm the body and connect with the breath, followed by a 15 minute mobility session. Come dressed in comfortable clothing that will allow you to move through different postures. Yoga mats are available upon request.
