Run better, without injury! Do you enjoy running, but often get injured? Do you find yourself becoming easily winded after a short run? Maybe you're new to running and not sure where to start! Check out this free class and get to know ChiRunning! This technique is a gentle but powerful approach that makes getting fit safe, easy, and fun. It's great for all levels of fitness and experience. It's possible we'll be taking this outside during the presentation, so please come prepared! You don't need to be in full running gear, but sneakers are a must if you'd like to participate in the drills.
