Foam Rolling Workshop

What is foam rolling and how do you do it? Foam rolling can be used to help decrease tension in tight or taut muscles to help alleviate soreness and pain. You can foam roll before, during, and even after a workout. You may even want to foam roll daily in order to see the benefits and to continue to keep your muscles from feeling overly tight. Tense muscles can create pain and even create limited range of motion. This can hinder your performance or even restrict you from normal day-to-day activities like walking, lifting, sitting, or bending. No one enjoys being in pain, so join us to learn a new way to relieve pain and increase your range of motion! Dr. Jennifer Falk is a chiropractor in the Scottsdale area who wants to help you understand the importance of proper foam rolling. After receiving her doctorate in chiropractic, she worked in the Bay Area of Northern California for two years and has been working in Phoenix for the past year. She has worked with all different types of athletes across the board, and helped countless patients achieve their goal of either crossing a finish line, competitive heavy lifting competitions, or being able to play with their kids with out pain.
