Beloved by locals and admired by adventurers, the Atlanta area presents a variety of unique trails with a diverse offering of rock formations and natural ecosystems. Discover some of Atlanta's best hiking spots, guided by the expertise of REI's Local Experiences Guides. We'll introduce you to the area's local gems, providing opportunities to explore nature and view the local flora and fauna. Along the way, we'll share some hiking tips and offer insight into the region's history and ecosystems. These hikes are perfect for beginner and experienced hikers who are interested in hiking 3 or 4 miles along uneven terrain. We love these hikes and are pretty sure you will too!
