To get better at running, you've got to run. And more is better, up to a point. Eventually, more mileage stops helping, and that's when we look to cross-training. In the mission to go faster and further, and avoid injury, intelligently programmed gym-based strength and conditioning is your secret weapon. How do you make the most of your time in the gym? Why should you train in the gym, at all? Learn the strategies to make the most of your time on the trails, roads, and in the backcountry by maximizing your time in the gym. Class will be held at Wasatch Fitness Acadamy: Doors will open at 615pm, and the session will start promptly at 630pm. Please allow yourself a few minutes to find parking. Wasatch Fitness Academy is located at 1295 Miller Ave, between 1300E and Highland, a few blocks north of 3300S. Look for the sign for Hyland Pharmacy, and WFA's door is directly to their left.
