In this class, you will learn stretches and tips that will help prevent injuries while living an active lifestyle. The class will be lead by Dr. Sterling Petersen, a Doctor of Chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology and a Former Division 1 Collegian Athlete. Do you have a prior or existing injury? Come get answers on how to take care of your body and prevent further damage. This class is intended for those of all ages and fitness levels. If you enjoy walking, running, rock climbing, skiing, backpacking, kayaking, etc., the tools learned during this class could be the key to decreasing your risk of injuries.
