Practicing yoga is an ideal addition to your active lifestyle. By building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, yoga can help improve your climbing, skiing, running, and cycling. Whether your new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will challenge and invigorate you. Our Yoga for Athletes class helps to improve concentration, bodily awareness, and range of motion through intentionally designed sequences. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing that will allow you to move through different postures, and bring a reusable water bottle and yoga mat if you have one.
